Step 1 – fill out form and submit. A Service Order Number will be generated immediately.
Step 2 – Print out Service Order Number and include a copy in the package with the product(s) to be repaired.
Step 3 – If under warranty, include warranty card if available as well as the receipt, original or a copy. Original receipts will be returned with the completed repair.
Step 4 – Mail repair via the method most comfortable.
Step 5 – Within 2 days of receipt of the product Sigma will send you an email confirming receipt.
Step 6 – When the product is fully repaired it will be sent back at which time an email will be sent detailing shipping information.
